Context

Dear friends, we are launching this fund to support our friend Bashar Shaheen, energy manager for the water utility in Gaza, who is facing serious difficulties, along with his family. Several managers of the Gaza water and sanitation utilities that we support and have trained are in great difficulty in Gaza with their families. For over a month now, an official Israeli-Egyptian network has been working to exfiltrate our friends and get them out of the hell they've been in since early October. Bashar Shaheen, who is accompanied by his wife and children (3 children), used to work for Coastal Municipalities Water Utility, responsible for supplying water and sanitation in Gaza.

Situation

Bashar Shaheen and his family have been geo-located by our International School of Management based in Paris and Montpellier (Chaire "Eau pour Tous") since October 7.

Now it's up to all of us to open up a new world for them, by taking them across the Israeli-Egyptian border with the agreement of the authorities, and via this 100% safe channel, already tried and tested by Palestinian and Egyptian friends.
