My name is Audrey and a few years ago I left language teaching to devote myself to baking, a lifelong passion. I trained, I graduated and I wrote my first recipe book entirely dedicated to the “French style” cupcake published today by a New York publishing house. What pride! Building on this success, I decided to open my first pastry shop in Spain on the Costa Brava. An atypical establishment, resolutely retro and colorful in my image, offering a unique and qualitative experience both visually and taste-wise with my 100% homemade products. Unfortunately, a seaside resort means a lot of activity in the summer and no activity in the winter... So I made the decision to close up shop in the hope of finding, one day, a "better" location for work throughout the year and live fully from my work and my creativity.
